You can enjoy swimming at its crystal clear water, enjoy trout fishing just outside your door. Sail, boat or canoe on the Pond, breathe in the view before an evening cookout and enjoy bonfire with families and friends.

The Pond is breath taking! A blaze of color reflects upon the mirrored surface on the Pond. It's a perfect time for hiking, Mt. Biking, or trout fishing, spectacular view perfect for a photo, rock climbing Bald Mountain is some of the best in the state!

It's a snowmobile paradise! Sled from your door across miles of Maine's trail system.

Ski Sunday River, Black Mountain or Mt. Abrams.

At the house, build a bonfire, make hot chocolate and skate in the shadow of the mountains on the Pond. Snowshoe or X-Country ski in an untouched winter wonderland or just cozy up beside the fireplace with someone special and enjoy the quiet of the woods.

$250/night (Minimum of 4 nights) If you stay for a week you''ll get a 5% discount

$250 Security/Damage Deposit is required

$110 for a cleaning fee

$50 pet fee (if applicable)

A security/damage deposit of $250 is required within 7 days of booking the reservation. It is fully refundable within 7 days from departure if no damage is made to the property.
